helpful staff attentive room service cheerful staff members
the staff are helpful and responsive. our room service staff, xian rong, is attentive. she relayed our requirements to her superior correctly and promptly. restaurant staff members are cheerful and recommend dishes patiently.
the breakfast arrangements are poor and disappointing. i am not sure why it is not in the building, and there is always a waiting line.

the hotel has two lovely pools with sunbeds. guests can easily walk to stevens mrt station. the hotel provides a free shuttle bus. there are a variety of restaurants onsite with a seven-eleven.

the front desk staff are friendly. the concierges were helpful. the shuttle service is efficient. the bus driver provided regular service. it helps to access orchard road or stevens mrt station.

convenient shuttle bus useful laundrette helpful staff nearby 7-eleven
The staff was very helpful and efficient. i found the shuttle bus service quite convenient. It made getting around easy. a laundrette on-site proved useful . having a 7-eleven right next door was a big plus for quick necessities.
the shower's water temperature was a bit tricky to adjust. it went from very hot to cold quickly.

fantastic gym nice amenities
The gym was really fantastic! i saw one of the biggest gyms at this price range. There are many benches and other nice amenities.
the room is rather small if two people have suitcases.

Excellent Stay with Attentive Service
attentive staff cheerful restaurant
I found the staff to be helpful and responsive. Xian Rong, our room service staff, was particularly attentive (her service was nice). She relayed our requirements to her superior correctly and promptly. The restaurant staff was cheerful, and they recommended dishes to us with patience. I am impressed with their service.
The room size is somewhat small, i think it is very important that the hotel specify the size more explicitly. There was no readily available bottled water provided in the room. Instead, the receptionist mentioned we could drink tap water from the restroom, which wasn't ideal.

Our family enjoyed the convenient shuttle service, it helped a lot. I found the laundrette on-site especially useful with young kids! The location proved fantastic, a bus stop right outside made accessing different areas simple. I also appreciated the 7-Eleven next door. It was perfect for picking up quick necessities.
Our room wasn't cleaned by staff one day. I had to complain, which wasn't ideal!
